My design sensibility comes from four years spent designing workflow solutions and then training and supporting the users of those solutions. I know firsthand the impact of good and bad UX design on every step of a user's journey with a product.

As an enterprise UX designer, the more effort I put into my job, the less effort my users have to put into theirs.
